Perpetual Machines builds and operates software tools available as web applications under the perpetualmachines.com domain. This policy covers all products and services we operate.

When you sign up for or use one of our products, we may collect:

• Email address (when you sign up for a waitlist or create an account)
• Files you upload for processing (images, PDFs, documents) — these are processed in your browser or on our servers depending on the tool, and are not stored after processing
• Basic usage and advertising data (such as page views, feature usage, and conversions) to improve and measure our products

What we do not collect

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not share your email with anyone outside Perpetual Machines
• Many of our tools process files entirely in your browser — your data never reaches our servers

Cookies

We may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, traffic measurement, and advertising attribution.

Third-party services

We use Cloudflare for DNS and CDN services, internal analytics for product measurement, and Google Ads for advertising and conversion measurement. These providers may process limited device and usage information under their own privacy policies.

Email addresses collected through waitlists are retained until you unsubscribe. Files uploaded for processing are not stored beyond the processing session. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
